We purchased this beautiful property in 2022, spent a year building & renovating, then led a year-long live-in training course in meditation, cacao, and other therapeutic modalities. After our students graduated, our priorities shifted away from being in San Marcos year-round. This space deserves to be used to its full potential, and we are no longer the best owners for it. This property is zoned for both residential and commercial. It can be operated as a private home residence, as a rental business, a restaurant, a hotel, etc.
Yes, we ourselves are not Guatemalan citizens. We legally purchased the property as a "Sociedad Anonima" (business entity like an LLC), and it can easily be transferred as such to the next owner.
